This book is a result of a conference on “Indigeneity: Expression and Experience”. It explores the myriad interpretations of the term “indigenous” from a multi-disciplinary perspective. CHERRIE L. CHHANGTE received her Doctorate Degree in English from North Eastern Hill University (NEHU) Shillong. She currently teaches in the Department of English, Mizoram University. Her areas of interest include American Literature, Culture Studies, and Creative Writing.
KRISTINA Z. ZAMA received her Doctorate degree from University of Delhi, Department of Modern Indian Languages and Literary Studies. She currently teaches in the Department of English, Mizoram University. Her areas of interest are Cultural Studies, Folkloristics and Interdisciplinary approach to the study of literature.
