Women constitute approximately half of the population and the development of women is the reality of 21st Century. Today the role of women has become vital and is the key in the process of development. In fact the development of Indian economy as well contribution by women became the inter-related issues for the development of country like India. The participation of women in education, economy, social life, employment as well in politics began to increase here day by day. The women are sharing with the men not only in the development process, but in the field of administration and political system also.
