Aizawl College; Mizo Lecturer, Pachhunga Univ. College-Aizawl; Reader, Dept. of Mizo, NEHU (Mizoram Campus) & Reader, Mizo Dept., Mizoram University; Professor & Head Mizo Dept. MZU; Professor & Dean, School of Education & Humanities, Mizoram University. Former Member of the Gen. Council of National Sahitya Akademi & Indian Sangeet Natak Akademi. Presently : Principal & Secretary, Council of Serampore College (Univ.) Hooghly, West Bengal, India & Member of National Monitoring Committee for the Education of SCs, STs & PwD, & Co-opted Member of Central Advisory Board of Education, NMTT-NUEPA, New Delhi.
