G. Sethuraman, a senior lecturer of agricultural science, has more than twenty years of teaching experience. He taught horticulture, tissue culture and agricultural biotechnology to graduate and postgraduate students. He is a participant of many national and international conference on agriculture and has authored a number of outstanding books and over fifteen research papers on agriculture science. Apart from being a dedicated teacher, he is also a keen researcher and is doing many projects funded by eminent bodies. He has also taken a leading role in promoting student project outcomes to the public by timely press releases and seminars. He is frequently asked by many universities to examine Ph.D theses in the field of horticulture, tissue culture and agricultural biotechnology, and gives regular guest lectures to graduate and postgraduate students. Srinivasa Naidu has twenty years experience in agricultural research and training in both India and overseas. His topics of special interest are farming systems, production agronomy, crop physiology and germplasm development. The clearest demonstration of research achievements is his substantial list of publications which includes 20 peer reviewed scientific papers, 16 conference papers and two theses. He has developed excellent supervisory skills to manage, motivate and empower undergraduate and postgraduate students to successfully complete their theses and research publications. He has successfully supervised a number of Ph.D, masters and honours students. He has encouraged/invited co-supervision by experts from within and outside the universities.
