Harendra Sinha (b. 1968) obtained his M.A. (Political Science) and Ph.D. degrees from Gauhati University, Guwahati, Assam. He is presently working as Associate Professor and Head, Department of Political Science, Government J. Buana College Lunglei, Mizoram.
