The worker?s participation in management is a worldwide phenomenon to integrate or envolve employees in matters concerning them. The nature and extent of such involvement as well as its process vary widely. By and large, workers? participation in management has not made the desired impact or achieved the result expected of it, due to a myriad of complex factors involving the attitudes, the systems, the values, and the vested interests of the parties.
