B.P. Sahu (b. 1965) obtained his Engineering degree from Regional Engineering College, Kurukshetra, followed by masters in social work and Ph.D. in HRD from Kurukshetra University. He had a brief stint as Engineer in Orissa State Housing Board and Minor Irrigation in Orissa. He started his career in the Department of Social Work in Kurukshetra University. He is the founder faculty of Social Work in B.P.R. College Kurukshetra, and Assam University, Silchar. In his capacity he has served as NSS Programme Coordinator in Assam University. At present he is serving as a faculty member in the Centre for Adult & Continuing Education in North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong. His area of interest includes HRD and Social Engineering.
