For The Last Twenty-Four Years Dr. Singh Is Actively Engaged In Teaching And Research Field Of Public Administration. He Has To His Credit Four Books Published Which Have Been Well Received And About Forty Articles Published In Reputed Journals Of The Country. For A Brief Period Of Three And A Half Years He Served As Reader In Public Administration At The Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy Of Administration, Mussoorie. Dr. Singh Is Presently Serving In The Department Of Public Administration, Lucknow University, As Reader Where He Began His Academic Career In The 60’s.
