Work Adjustment and Job Satisfaction of Teachers
As never before, there is an all-round concern about the falling of educational standards in our country. This is a complex phenomenon precipitated by several factors one among which is certainly the teachers and their “involvement” in the educational process. Ths deals with an investigation made into the Teachers’ Work Adjustment and Job Satisfaction, the importance of which in the educational process cannot be over emphasized. There have not been any empirical studies in this very important area in our country. This book aims to fill some of the gaps in our knowledge and appreciation of our teachers.
