About the Editors

Dr. Shikha Banerjee (b.1972) is an assistant professor, Department of Education, Indira Gandhi National Tribal University (A Central University), Amarkantak, Madhya Pradesh. She has done M.Sc. in Environmental Biology and she has cleared UGC-NET and awarded Ph.D. in Education. She has guided three Ph.D. candidates in IGNTU, Amarkantak and forty-four M.Ed. dissertations in the Institute of Teacher Education, Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University Raipur (C.G). She is guiding dissertation MA Education Students also. She has completed projects of state (RSK) and centrally (CSSR) funded organization. She has published more than Fort Five research papers in national and international journals and many articles in edited books. She has participated/presented more than sixty national and international seminars/conferences/workshops. She has fifteen-year teaching experience in B.Ed. and M.Ed. at College and University levels. In addition, she has administrative experience of working as Head of the Department, Education in a college. She has successfully conducted National Seminar as Convenor and Co-Convenor. She has organized many social work and awareness programmes for women, health, nutrition and literacy in the tribal area of Amarkantak. Her area of specialization is Educational Psychology, Pedagogy of Biological Science, Research Methodology and Environmental Education.

Krittibas Datta (b.1987) is currently working as a faculty member (State Aided College Teacher), Department of Political Science, Jalangi Mahavidyalaya, West Bengal with 10 years of teaching experience. He has obtained his master degree in Political Science from the University of Kalyani, Kalyani, West Bengal. He has completed his M.Phil. from the Department of Political Science, University of Gour Banga, Malda, West Bengal, and is currently working on his Ph.D. research in the same institute. He is actively engaged in research work, participated, presented papers in various national and international conferences, seminars, workshops, webinars and published a number of articles in national & international journals also chapters in edited book. To add to it, he has edited four (04) reputed books, co-authored three (03)books and co-edited thirteen (13) books in different titles. He has been conferred with the award “Author of the year award 2023” by CKNKH Foundation, Assam. He is a life member of Indian Political Science Association (IPSA), West Bengal Political Science Association (WBPSA) and Bengal Institute of Political Studies (BIPS).
