Received US State Department International Visitors Leadership Program IVLP in American studies & Post Doctorate from Begin Sadat centre for Strategic studies Barilan University Israel & M.Phil and PhD in American studies JNU New Delhi and MA in Political Science from Hyderabad Central University.

Madhavi Ravulapati (b.1971), Prof of Law n Head- Centre for Public Administration, Mcrhrd institute of Telangana having 20 years of experience in legal academics. Authored 2 text books in Law, published around 35 research papers in journals of national n international repute. Delivered expert talks on many fora. She has been acting as Addl Course Coordinator for the Foundation Courses of All India Services & Central Civil Services officers since 2015.
