Co-operative Credit occupies an important place in the strategies for agricultural and rural development. The book presents in great deal the workin of grass-root agricultural co-operative credit societies. The present work is a very successful attempt to study in depth the working and performance of primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) in Bihar.
