Dr. Savita Mishra is a Principal in Vidyasagar College of Education, Phansidewa, Darjeeling, West Bengal. She has impeccable records of 22 years of teaching and research activities. She is continuously engaged in organizing National and International level conferences, webinars and workshops for dissemination of knowledge and expertise to the stakeholders of education. She has published more than 200 research articles in reputed National and International journals and authored & edited 150 books. She has also developed a psychological tool for assessing Attitude towards Science. She has been awarded Best Teacher Award, Best Principal award, Best Academician Award, Celebrity writer award, Excellent Achiever award, Women Researcher Award and Outstanding Scientist Award. She has been conferred the title of ‘Leading Educationists of the World’ by IBC, Cambridge, London.

Dr. Chetna Thapa is an Assistant Professor in Dayanand Women’s Training College, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. She has been actively engaged in teaching profession since 2008 and started her career in teaching as LT (Commerce) in Department of School Education, Uttarakhand. She has also worked in District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) New Tehri, Uttarakhand. She is a holder of Master Degree in Commerce, English, Sociology, Psychology, M.Ed. and MBA. She has qualified UGC NET and USET in Education. She was awarded her Ph.D.degree in Education from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan. She is the Secretary of Council for Educational Administration and Management (CEAM) Uttarakhand Chapter, an organization of International repute. She is an academic counselor of IGNOU. She is an acclaimed writer of One book,an editor of three edited books, contributed research papers in various UGC Care listed journals and has also contributed articles in several edited books of National and International Level. She has attended a number of seminars, conferences and workshops and her research papers are published in National and International journals.
