Mukunda Sarma (b. 1964), M. A., B. Ed., M. Phil., Ph. D., is the Principal of Bhawanipur Anchalik College, Bhawanipur, Barpeta, Assam, India. He is a recognized educationist who has authored valued books on education. His contribution to Assamese writing is laudable.The author is the life time member of Assam State Council of Teacher Education and Param Hitoishi Sadashya of Assam Sahitya Sabha. His contributions as chairpersons and resource persons in various National and International seminars are amazing and presentation of research papers on various issues of concern in National and International seminars is commendable. He is associated with the Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University (KKHSOU), GUIDOL, G.U. & the National Institute of Open Schooling, Assam, India, (SOS) as SLM writer and Research Supervisor.

Kishor Kumar (b. 1977), M.A., B.Ed. (NCERT), M.Ed., PGDCA, UGC-NET, with 17 years of practical experience in the field of Education has actively been involved in teaching, imparting training, curriculum framing, educational measurement and evaluation, educational administration, policy making, seminars, workshops, symposia, academic conferences, educational research and various allied activities. He is working as an Education Officer in UGC and has been associated with various colleges as the member of the Advisory Committees and Governing Boards.
